Section CLE Programs

The Section sponsors two major CLE programs each year: (1) the Annual Conference in August, held in conjunction with the Section annual meeting, and (2) a full day program in late fall that in alternate years presents either a program on fundamentals of real estate and land use, or an advanced topics program. The 2012 Annual Conference will return to the Salishan Resort in Gleneden Beach, on August 17-18, 2012. In November 2012, the section will host a fundamentals real estate and land use seminar in Portland, with expert speakers and panels on the essential information needed for a successful real estate or land use practice.
